Getting Settled & Staying Connected
Welcome to Newpark Townhomes
Your association is Newpark Resort Residences Owners Association (NRROA), a sub-association of Newpark Owners Association (NOA), the master association for Newpark Town Center.
The wider Newpark community includes the Resort Residences, Newpark Hotel, Nevis at Newpark, Newpark Terrace, apartment buildings, offices, shops, restaurants, Basin Recreation, Swaner Nature Preserve, and surface and garage parking.
Your first steps
- Activate your homeowner portal. Look for login information from Cooper’s HOA and set up your quarterly dues payments.
- Review your documents. The portal’s Documents tab contains governing documents and other association information.
- Set up utilities and internet. Use Utilities & Services above for providers and activation details.
- Stay connected. Keep your contact information current with management and watch for association communications.
Part of the neighborhood
Newpark’s shared amphitheater hosts free summer concerts and community events, including Walk to End Alzheimer’s and Running with Ed.
